We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for commercial asphalt paving and grading projects in Riverside, CA.

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour - DOE

Experience Required:
▪️ Minimum 6 years of recent heavy equipment operating experience
▪️ Asphalt paving and grading experience
▪️ Grade & Pave projects
▪️ Mill & Fill (asphalt resurfacing) operations
▪️ Commercial parking lot construction and repaving
▪️ Street improvement projects
▪️ HOA community paving projects
▪️ Apartment complex parking lot paving and resurfacing

Heavy Equipment Experience:
▪️ Motor graders
▪️ Excavators
▪️ Dozers
▪️ Wheel loaders/loaders
▪️ Skid steers
▪️ Asphalt pavers
▪️ Steel drum rollers

Qualifications:
▪️ Previous experience operating heavy equipment on asphalt and grading projects
▪️ Knowledge of Grade & Pave and Mill & Fill operations
▪️ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
▪️ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Our client is hiring Journeyman Commercial Finish Carpenters for the Night Shift in Colton, CA!

Job description:
We are hiring experienced Journeyman Commercial Finish Carpenters for a 2-month commercial retail remodel project. Night work, weekly pay, pay $28 - $32 an hour.

Requirements:
▪️ Minimum 8 years of finish carpentry experience
▪️ Commercial/retail remodel experience required
▪️ Must have your own tools
▪️ Must have required PPE
▪️ Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
▪️ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
▪️ Must be comfortable working the night shift

Scope of Work – Commercial Retail Finish Carpentry:
▪️ Install commercial-grade doors, frames, and hardware
▪️ Install and modify millwork, casework, and cabinetry
▪️ Install baseboards, trim, moldings, and other architectural finishes
▪️ Install wall panels and wood/laminate finish materials
▪️ Perform scribe, cope, cut, and fit work for a clean finished product
▪️ Install retail fixtures and built-ins
▪️ Make field measurements and adjustments as needed
▪️ Perform punch-list and finish-detail work
▪️ Work from plans, drawings, and project specifications
▪️ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Meet our next In the Arena Spotlight, Derek Shacklett, Sales Representative with our San Diego Skilled Trades division!

Last week, our team came together for a special two-day event filled with training, connection, and celebration!

As we continue celebrating 10 years of Arena, our team had the opportunity to learn together, strengthen our skills, share ideas, and reflect on how far we've come over the past decade.
