Heat and Frost Insulators Local 39 and Allied Workers JATC will be accepting apprenticeship applications June 15–19, 2026.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be physically able to perform the work of the trade, and have reliable transportation. No prior construction experience is required, but it is helpful.
