For Laurie, travel nursing is an opportunity to learn from new teams, adapt to different environments, and bring her experience caring for complex cardiac patients wherever her next assignment takes her. We’re looking for a Therapy Program Assistant to join our team in Hopkinsville! If you’re a dependable team player who enjoys helping others, works well with a variety of people, and can adapt to an ever-changing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll help support therapeutic activities and daily programming while working alongside clinical and therapeutic staff to provide a safe, organized, and supportive environment.

📍 Location: Hopkinsville, KY
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Occasional evening or Saturday hours may be required.

Pay based on relevant experience:
• 0–3 years: $14/hour
• 4–6 years: $15/hour
• 7+ years: $16/hour

What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• A true team player who works well with staff and others
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
• Experience with therapeutic activities is a plus!

She is also a wife and a busy mom of three – and we couldn’t be happier she’s on our team! Jennifer said, "This is my 2nd contract with Andrianna, and I hope to have many more! This assignment is the best ever; with low patient ratios and super nice staff! It's also only two hours from home, which I love, because as a mom of 3 kids, being close by in case of an emergency is everything."
