🛍️ What You'll Do
• Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory, merchandise ordering, receiving, shipping, vendor communication, reports, and repair coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the flow of merchandise and products
• Assist customers on the sales floor with personalized service and jewelry selections
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding what matters most to each client
• Assist with jewelry purchases, custom design, and repair intake
• Learn detailed product knowledge and develop a strong understanding of the jewelry industry
• Help maintain an organized, professional showroom and support daily opening procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to support operations and achieve shared goals
• Assist with occasional marketing and social media efforts
• Participate in ongoing training and potential industry shows and events

🌟 What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of client service or customer-facing experience
• Previous office management, administrative, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and positive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to think quickly, use sound judgment, and work effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors
• Comfortable taking ownership of operational responsibilities while confidently assisting customers on the sales floor
• Jewelry or luxury sales experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
• Interested in building a long-term career with a family-owned company
• Social media or local marketing experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment 🐾

💼 Compensation & Benefits
• $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Sales incentives and team bonuses

• Experience with repair intake, appraisals, or watch battery replacement is a plus
• Edge POS experience highly preferred
• GIA, IGI, AGS, AJP, or similar credentials are a plus
• Proven success building repeat business through relationships

💼 Compensation and Benefits
• $30 to $40 per hour based on experience and expertise
• 3% commission

🕒 Schedule
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• One weekday off each week
