💍 **WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
✨ Help customers find the perfect jewelry and provide a personalized shopping experience.

📝 Assist with repair pricing, transactions, and repair procedures.
💻 Use point-of-sale software and help keep store records organized.

✅ **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**
- Jewelry retail sales experience preferred; 2+ years is desirable.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
- A proactive, dependable professional who enjoys multitasking.
- Someone who can confidently balance customer-facing sales with administrative responsibilities.
- Willingness to complete a background check.

💍 Work on solitaire mountings and other stone-setting projects
🎨 Assist with custom jewelry concepts and designs
🛠️ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bench
🤝 Help ensure quality workmanship and excellent customer experiences

🌟 **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**
✔️ Previous bench jeweler, goldsmith, or jewelry repair experience
✔️ Strong general repair and stone-setting skills
✔️ Knowledge of jewelry assembly and finishing techniques
✔️ Laser welding experience is a major plus!
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
✔️ Dependable, honest, and able to work independently
✔️ Willingness to complete a background check

Master-level experience is welcome but **not required!** Experience with CAD, wax carving, casting, or custom design is a bonus.
