Molly Bostwick - FirstLight Home Care Human Resource Generalist with FirstLight Home Care of Omaha It’s an experience that continues to shape how I serve and support others today.

I started my career in healthcare in 2012 as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Post-ICU at Lakeside Hospital. After taking time off to raise my children, I re-entered the workforce in healthcare staffing in 2021—and that’s where I found my passion for helping healthcare professionals grow in their careers. I thrive on building genuine connections, supporting caregivers, and making a meaningful

impact in their lives. My personal journey as a caregiver for my mother during her battles with cancer deepened my understanding of the role’s importance. Now, as the Human Resources Generalist at FirstLight Home Care, I manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training programs. My mission is to hire the best caregivers—those who will represent our values both in the homes of our clients and in the community—and to ensure they feel seen, appreciated, and supported in all they do.
