Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides customer support regarding order fulfillment, company policy and other information as requested. Ensures proper processing of all orders, phone calls, credit requests, and other functions within specified department standards.

- Knowledge of export documentation requirements required.
- Must possess knowledge of product lines, part numbers for automotive and diesel engines and how engine parts function within them.

- Ability to read, to write, and speak English and/or Spanish. Must possess ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with persons at all levels of the organization.
