Trooper Patrick Cantrell #410 earned his Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu last night.

Trooper Cantrell has spent years dedicated to MMA and Jiu-Jitsu, demonstrating the discipline, perseverance, and commitment that define Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers. Balancing long hours on the road, serving the citizens of Oklahoma, and leading his family at home, he still finds time to pursue excellence off duty. Success doesn’t happen by accident, it is built through consistent hard work and determination.

If you’re looking for a career that challenges you to be your best, join the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and become part of a tradition of excellence.

Troopers from Troop C – Sequoyah County Detachment recently traveled to Fayetteville, Arkansas to compete in the Basement Brawl CrossFit competition.

If you know anything about CrossFit, you know those workouts are not easy — and these Troopers completed THREE of them in one day!

Physical fitness is more than just preparing for a hiring process. It’s a lifetime commitment that helps Troopers stay physically and mentally ready to serve the people of Oklahoma every day.

Great job representing the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and resilience both on and off duty.
