Happy Monday! We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist. Some one who will be dependable, upbeat, and a good multi-tasker. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and every other Saturday 8:15 am - 8:00 pm. The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving all material into the facility and validating what was actually received compared to the packing slip. Any discrepancies are documented, and the packing slip is forwarded to Production Manager and/or Accounting to ensure proper payment for goods received. This position will also assist Accounting in invoice follow up and dispute resolution with vendors.

This Position is also responsible for completion of all documentation related to shipping finished goods both nationally and internationally, as well as, arranging shipment of finished goods by making local deliveries when appropriate and by contacting freight companies to get the most economical rates for the product being shipped.

MUST HAVE FORKLIFT CERTIFICATE.

The purpose of this role is to complete both pre-arrival and post departure billing functions for events within the company. The Analyst will be responsible for completing all processes accurately and efficiently, according to company policies. This role will support multiple hotels, depending on size and seasonality.
