Linkedin is no longer optional in the professional world, you must have an updated profile that exemplifies your capability in your field. I recommend updating your Linkedin with a great headshot and all of your accomplishments and opportunities to date.

Another great benefit of an updated Linkedin is the networking opportunities. Paycom just hired a great client because he updated his profile with all of his achievements, so they cold messaged him for an interview. THIS COULD BE YOU!
