📢 Multiple Positions Available – Hiring TO $18.50/HR
DAY SHIFT: $16.50/hour
NIGHT SHIFT: $18.50/hour (includes shift differential)
SCHEDULE OPTIONS
☀️ Day Shift
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Possible Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (as needed)
Night Shift
Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
➕ Possible Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (as needed)

People Source is looking for MIG Welders to help fabricate steel frames and structural building components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you want steady work, hands-on fabrication, and a chance to grow your skills, this is the job for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
✔ Perform MIG welding on steel frames and structural components
✔ Assist with fit-up and fabrication tasks
✔ Use tools such as grinders, scrapers, welding hood, and gougers
✔ Follow welding procedures and safety standards
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔ Support production and fabrication teams
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ MIG welding experience
✔ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
✔ Basic math and measurement skills
✔ Experience with plasma torch or oxy-acetylene cutting is a plus
✔ Welding certifications helpful but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
✔ Ability to stand, bend, squat, and kneel throughout the shift
⚠️ REQUIREMENTS
✔ Steel-toe boots required
✔ Must follow all safety procedures
