United Staffing Associates is currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator I to support facilities operations and maintenance.

If you’re hands-on, organized, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly — we want to hear from you!

🔧 Position Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and inspections
• Move office furniture & assist with meeting room setups
• Research and order materials
• Interact with vendors and contractors
• Maintain inventories and storerooms
• Support mailroom operations
• Make internal/external deliveries
• Assist with special projects and events

🎓 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in building maintenance or handyman-related tasks
• Comfortable using hand & power tools
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

💼 Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
