Looking to fill a position for Florida voter services in Ocala

Job Functions:

This job requires experience with the Florida voters registration system or the willingness to be trained in it.
Candidate will need to be able to verbally communicate with voters in person or by telephone about issues that may arise concerning voter registration, vote by mail, or general information.
Candidate will need to be punctual, reliable, able work as scheduled and work your entire shift. as well as. be able and available to work extended hours and weekend hours as needed with little or no advance notice.

Requirements:

Bilingual
High school graduate or acceptable equivalent
Active Registered voter
Must be able to pass a background check
Working knowledge of computers and software applications, such as the Microsoft Suite
Data entry, updating voter records
Answering phones and taking messages
Ability to read, understand and interpret applications, forms or other communication
Ability to present information and respond to questions
Problem solving, planning and organizing to meet deadlines, work at a reasonable pace
Must be able to stay calm in a possibly stressful situation
Be a team player amongst peers
