Let me introduce myself.
Marcus Falcon USN Ret.
I started this page 15 years ago. Most who admin it now probably do not know. Did 6 years in recruiting without converting to NC.
I am doing this now for two purposes:
(1) to show navy recruiters that if a Filipino born recruiter who ended up in NRD Chicago and at that time the ONLY Filipino recruiter to recruit off the district and make it, you probably will want to talk to me on how I made it. Next was NRD SF in the middle of the Central Valley where in the middle of a hispanic community I flourished! NRS Visalia.
(2) For those applicants who sees this and may be intimidated or insecure of their recruiters you can always call, text, communicate with me and I will tell you the unabashed, unhinged, answers to your recruiting questions.
I now use the same tools I used in recruiting in my retirement job as a realtor up here in the pacific northwest. So to those who continue to fluorish while off the grid away from the United States Navy. I welcome you all!
