Congrats to this who is already living the . Private Johnson sprung into action to assist a motorcycle accident victim in his hometown of Wasilla, Alaska. Johnson stopped the victim's bleeding until EMTs arrived, he is credited with saving the victims life.

We are so proud to welcome this next generation of Soldiers into the U.S. Army.

He will attend basic training and then head to Officer Candidate School to become a 2nd Lieutenant! It amazes me the level of immaturity that some of the other recruiters in Oak Harbor have to tear down another branches flyer in a communal bathroom where all branches are allowed to post. I actually take pride in my job and my branch, and It’s sad that these recruiters want to hide the truth from their applicants just so they can get an enlistment.

Like I tell all my applicants, If you or anyone you know is planning on joining the military please do yourself a favor and look into EVERY BRANCH before making a decision, and decide what is best for YOU, not your recruiter. Apparently some of these recruiters out here don’t want you to know the full truth about your options in the military.
