Here I am teaching the youth of our future!!

I taught 3 separate classes at Green Valley Elementary in North Richland Hills about flowers and pollinators last week… and somehow they taught me more 😂🌸🐝

Between explaining that bees are basically tiny delivery drivers and being asked if I know every flower personally (working on it, 8 more to go, 😂), I laughed the entire time!!

Sweet, hilarious, playfully ornery and way too smart for their own good…these kids reminded me why what we do matters. 🌼 When I asked what their favorite color was, more kids than I want to admit said “cyan”. Cyan??? Lmao what? Spell it 😂

We made little personal bouquets for them to take home to their loved ones. I asked one girl who she was going to give her bouquet to and she said, “Not my sister, cuz she’s a loser”. 😬 🤣 Oh okay…well, make good decisions today!

Anyway, protect the bees. Love your local florist. And never underestimate a room full of tiny humans with big questions 💐 🧠 💡
