LOCATION: 9999 SW 72nd St., Miami, FL 33173
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Temporary Seasonal
PERIOD: June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Siam Palace, a Thai-Japanese restaurant in Miami, Florida, is hiring Server Assistants for the summer season. This is a temporary position running from June 1 through September 30, 2026. The position will not continue beyond this date.

DUTIES:

• Assist servers in providing food and beverage service to guests
• Deliver bread, water, and condiments to tables
• Clear and reset tables between guests
• Carry dishes and utensils from dining area to kitchen
• Maintain stock of silverware, napkins, and glassware at service stations
• Refill beverages and deliver food from the kitchen
• Keep dining area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• No education requirement
• 3 months of work experience in a similar role preferred
• No special licenses or certifications required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Shift starts: 4:00 PM

COMPENSATION:

• $17.91 per hour
• Overtime available at $26.87 per hour
• Standard payroll deductions only (federal taxes, F**A)
