Laser Machine Operator – Little Rock
Pay: $21.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Laser Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting equipment. This role involves cutting and shaping materials such as metal, plastic, and wood based on technical drawings and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (fiber or CO2)
Load programs, calibrate settings, select lenses, and adjust laser focus
Cut and process materials according to work orders and CAD drawings
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality control
Complete routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Load and unload materials (lifting up to 50–70 lbs)
Maintain production logs, safety checks, and work orders
Requirements:
Previous experience with CNC or laser cutting machinery (Trumpf, Amada preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
Strong shop math and basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
