Job Summary. This role involves working in an industrial manufacturing environment handling steel materials, assisting with production processes, and maintaining safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Load and unload steel materials and production equipment
• Assist with the galvanizing process and production line operations
• Hang, dip, remove, and stack steel products safely
• Operate forklifts, cranes, or other industrial equipment as trained
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Perform additional labor duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs consistently

Wise Staffing is currently seeking experienced forklift operators in North Little Rock for a 1 to 3 month contact . Monday -Friday, First Shift , $18.00 per hour
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass 10 panel background check

Forklift Driver/ LTO
Under general supervision, Lift Truck Operator (LTO), Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to sit down and stand up forklifts, stand up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment.
Job Description/Responsibilities.
Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage throughout facility.
Effectively stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, while labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management.
In compliance with OSHA standards, operate equipment (stand up forklifts, stand up staddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double pallet jacks and RF) in a manner that promotes safety.
Must be able to meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes and may be required to perform other duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed
