demo! Start at a dead hang, palms facing out, arms shoulder width apart, and head in the neutral position. Pull yourself to where your chin clears the bar with no assistance and/or additional body movements. This is the standard to pass the IFT for entry to the program. To better prepare yourself for the Special Warfare pipelines, best practice is to do chest to bar pull-ups as demonstrated at the end!

Just finished the EOD Tier 2 Physical Fitness Test over in the EOD shop. It was a damn good time!had to finish off with some with the bomb suit. Comment below how much you think it weighs and follow to be the first to see what that test is all about!
