Pinnacle is seeking a reliable, organized Dispatch & Driver Liaison to serve as the connection between the office, warehouse team, and incoming/outgoing drivers. This person will help keep shipments, communication, and dock activity moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet and check in truck drivers upon arrival.

Schedule inbound and outbound pickups and deliveries.

Computer savvy and comfortable with Windows

Answer phones and respond promptly to customer emails.

Keep customers updated on shipments, pickups, delays, and schedule changes.

Maintain accurate records, including driver check-ins, orders, and customer notes.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

Respond to questions, resolve routine issues, and support smooth daily operations.

Experience in warehousing, shipping, dispatch, or logistics.

Experience checking in drivers or working around a loading dock.

Familiarity with scheduling systems or warehouse software.

Responsible for working with the maintenance manager in the support of all rolling equipment, production equipment, and building maintenance. Position will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment and systems in our facility.

$25-$30/hr DOE

5:30am-4:00pm. OT possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair rolling and mechanical equipment.

Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.

Operate cranes, loaders, and forklifts safely and efficiently.

Develop and maintain written programs related to equipment maintenance.

Document maintenance schedules and work performed accurately.

Participate in special plant projects as needed.

Anticipate and address shop needs proactively.

Perform stand-by duties as required.

Adhere to all safety practices and protocols.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Diesel mechanic experience is required.

Knowledge of engine systems, gearboxes, gears, chains, sprockets, bearings, lubrication systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.

Proficiency in welding and mechanical systems.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong mechanical aptitude with journey-level experience.

Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Willing, cooperative attitude and a team player.

Strong organizational and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of industry safety practices.

Valid driver’s license with a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Ability to pass screenings, including MVR, drug screen, and background check.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a joey lift to access inventory stored at heights of approximately 20 feet. Reorganize shelving and stock.

Perform tasks that require working at elevated heights without fear.

Follow training protocols during the first two days (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) to learn operational and safety procedures. (After trained, you would regular schedule will be Sunday through Thursday, 2:00PM to 10:30PM.)

Handle warehouse duties such as inventory management, stocking, and order picking (using RF scanner).

Ensure adherence to workplace rules, including proper use of equipment and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Comply with attire guidelines, including wearing steel-toe shoes and appropriate clothing.

Maintain focus and avoid distractions by adhering to rules regarding electronics and personal items.

Utilize provided lockers for storage of bags, backpacks, or purses.

Follow break policies, including staying onsite during clocked-in hours and utilizing water refill stations and the breakroom refrigerator.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to work at elevated heights using a joey lift.

Comfortable following established rules for attire, and no electronics, and personal item storage.

Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, stocking, and operating machinery.

Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.

Willingness to adhere to training schedules and comply with break and parking policies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a warehouse environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
