In 2020, I transitioned to work internally for a real estate company that had 10 employees. I helped build the foundation of HR, and scale the business to over 100 team members in two years during COVID. I built an HR team and now have started my own company to

help other Entrepreneurs that want to grow their businesses with the right people in place! I will help you strategize who you need on your team, hire, build out an onboarding system, career development, and performance management to help retain your people. I also facilitate workshops and meetings for team-building opportunities to increase engagement and productivity.
