You’ve done the hard part. The interview is over and the offer is in. Before you celebrate, make sure these 4 Green Flags are present:

✅ The "No Secrets" Clause: Every benefit, from health insurance to vesting periods, is explicitly listed.
✅ Timeline Respect: They stayed consistent from the first screening to the final offer.
✅ Defined Success: You know exactly how your performance (and your bonus) will be measured.
