Looking for: Small 2-man shop in Forest Lake specializing in short runs of 1-500 pieces.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a machinist to grow with us as the demand for our services continues to increase. The prime candidate is someone who wants to take a drawing and complete the part from start to finish. As our run quantities are between 1-500 pieces, candidate should enjoy completing different jobs every day or every few days. Good communication is a must!

Required schedule:

Monday through Thursday - 7:30 am - 5:00pm

Some basic requirements for this position are

- Ability to read “G” code for setting up CNC Machining Centers

- Has set up and run CNC Milling and/or Turning centers with Fanuc controls

- Willingness to learn how to write “G” code on the fly at the machine

- Must be able to lift over 50+ lbs without assistance

Position Purpose:

The Make Room Operator is responsible for assisting the cheese makers in the production of cheese.
Duties include monitoring machines throughout the cheese process including the flow of cheese from belt to RMC, the temperatures of the cooker, and PH and acid of cheese.
Some cleaning of forms, general housekeeping and miscellaneous job duties throughout the cheese plant required.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a changing work environment. Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.


Primary Accountabilities /Responsibilities:

Monitoring machines
Monitoring cooker temperatures
Testing PH and acid of cheese
Transporting carts and equipment
Knitting, milling, mixing, boxing cheese

Additional Responsibilities:
Follow all company policies and procedures
Follow all safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment to ensure the health and safety of self and others
All other duties as appropriate for this position

Qualifications:
Good verbal communication skills and legible handwriting
Ability to function in an active and demanding work environment

How would you like to build top of the line pontoon boats? We are currently recruiting boat builders in Wyoming, MN. We are offering the opportunity to work for one of the leading pontoon boat manufacturers in the upper Midwest. Our pontoon boats create family enjoyment for thousands of people in the United States and Canada.

This is a 1st shift position, Monday -Friday 6AM to 4:30PM with frequent weekday overtime and some overtime on Saturdays. Success in this position will only be possible for candidates who provide a strong track record of solid work attendance and reliability.

Duties for our boat builders include:
• Assemble boats according to engineering drawings and other documentation
• Willingness to learn varied skills
• build boat frame and decks
• run mechanical equipment to bend aluminum tubes and panels
• assemble boat consoles and rails
• follow drawings to wire boat lights and stereos
• clean and test various elements of the boat
• maintain a clean organized work area
• ability to self inspect and adapt in a made to order work environment
• Generate consistent high quality workmanship in a low run high mix variety of work.
• Other duties as assigned

• Extremely high level of reliability. We expect our highly skilled team members to be at work every day except for approved absences.
