Recruit1 is hiring experienced, dependable Staff Associates to support food and beverage service inside the University of Delaware stadium. We’re looking for people who enjoy helping guests, work well with a team, and stay organized during busy service periods.

CASHIER / POS — POINT OF SALE

Greet guests, confirm orders, and enter purchases accurately into the POS system.

Process card and contactless payments, accept cash where permitted, and provide accurate receipts and change.

Follow cash-handling procedures, reconcile assigned drawers, and report transaction discrepancies.

Keep the checkout area clean and stocked. Communicate clearly with the food service team and refer payment issues or guest concerns to a supervisor.

BARBACK

Support bartenders by stocking ice, beverages, mixers, glassware, and other bar supplies.

Collect, wash, and sanitize glassware and bar tools. Keep service areas clean and organized.

Move beverage cases and supplies safely, using carts or team assistance when needed.

Help with setup, restocking, trash removal, and closing cleanup. Report shortages promptly and follow venue alcohol-handling procedures.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH ROLES

Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the position or a related hospitality setting.

Reliable transportation to and from the stadium.

Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a professional, guest-focused attitude.

Availability for accepted shifts, including assigned setup and closing duties. Event shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to perform duties involving extended standing, walking, reaching, bending, and moving supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.

TIPS, food handler, or other credentials when required for the assignment.

Authorization to work in the United States.
