🔧 Position: Press Brake Operator
📍 Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
⏳ Duration: Temp To Hire
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week 1ST SHIFT (Overtime Available)
💰 Pay: $25/hr

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience setting up and operating CNC and/or manual press brake machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of tooling selection, die setup, and machine adjustments
• Experience measuring and inspecting parts using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other precision tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance skills
• Experience with metal fabrication processes preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety and manufacturing best practices

• CNC press brake programming experience
• Knowledge of material properties and fabrication processes
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Forklift certification is a plus

Position: Aluminum Welder

Pay Rate: $29.75/hr + $140 Per Diem

Responsibilities:
• Perform aluminum MIG (GMAW) welding on structural and marine components
• Weld in 3G, 4G, and 5G positions
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Complete fit-up, layout, and fabrication work
• Maintain shipbuilding quality and safety standards
• Work safely in confined spaces and physically demanding environments

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of aluminum welding experience (shipyard preferred)
• Strong MIG (GMAW) aluminum welding experience
• Ability to pass 3G, 4G, and 5G weld tests
• Shipbuilding, marine, or industrial experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts

Requirements:
• Must pass background check
• Must pass welding test
• Must pass medical screening and drug test
• Ability to obtain respirator fit test
• U.S. Citizenship required
