•Develop continuous process improvement strategies to drive financial and operational efficiencies and cost savings
•Serve as point person for all numbers and data relating to the company. Responsible for P&L budget management
•Responsible for payroll, month-end closing and financial statements
•Manage capitalization process involving both debt and equity financing
•Provide financial leadership
•Guide organization with data and insight and ensures that Company has funds necessary to capitalize on its growth opportunities ahead

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
•MBA highly desired
•Experience with QuickBooks, Paychex and Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
•Requires at least 5-7 years of financial reporting experience. Public accounting experience and e-commerce industry experience is a plus.
•Work experience in performing full-cycle accounting close and account reconciliations
•Strong technical skills in applying US GAAP rules
•Extensive experience with fixed assets, inventory control, general ledger, month-end closing and financial statements
•Start-up experience ramping an organization using minimal resources
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
