This full-time position will oversee renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects across multiple luxury residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating contractors, managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, obtaining bids, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:
• 5–7+ years of project management experience
• Experience with luxury homes, estate management, property management, or residential renovations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Clean California driver’s license
• Professional, discreet, and dependable

Additional requirements include occasional evenings, weekends, and flexibility to respond to urgent property matters when needed. Candidates must be comfortable working around dogs and cats and traveling between properties throughout Orange County.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year DOE

This is a project management position—not a handyman, maintenance technician, or construction labor role. We are seeking a professional who can successfully manage projects from start to finish while maintaining exceptional standards.
