🔨 CARPENTER WANTED: Ready to lead the crew but still want to work with your hands?

We're looking for an experienced Carpentry Lead / Working Crew Leader for residential projects.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience who knows framing and finish carpentry, can lead a small crew, owns their tools and takes real pride in the quality of their work.

This is still a hands-on job. You'll work alongside the crew while a Project Manager handles client communications.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Leading a small, dedicated crew (1–2 employees) on residential job sites
✅ Hands-on framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, and cabinet installation
✅ Inspecting sub-trades, managing safety, and tracking site progress
✅ Working directly with a Project Manager who handles client communication, so you can focus on craft and crew management!

What we're looking for:
✔️ 10+ years of residential construction / lead carpentry experience
✔️ Master-level skills in framing, finish trim, and cabinets
✔️ Own a full set of carpentry hand and power tools
✔️ Valid driver’s license & reliable truck or van
✔️ Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency response schedule
