After decades of coaching careers, one truth keeps coming back to me. š
Jobs change. Titles change. Even the dreams you once chased can shift as you grow. What matters most isnāt how fast you climb or how impressive things look on paper, itās whether the life youāre building actually supports who you are and the people you love. š¤
Iāve watched so many talented, capable people measure their success by someone elseās timeline. They push through burnout, ignore misalignment, and postpone joy, believing theyāll get to ālifeā later. But fulfillment doesnāt wait at the finish line.
Real success is clarity. Itās choosing direction over speed. Itās knowing that ambition and family, purpose and peace, can coexist when you build intentionally. A career should support your life, not compete with it.
This perspective is exactly what Iām pouring into my next book, the lessons no one teaches you early enough, but everyone wishes they had sooner. šāØ
If this resonates, save this post, share it with someone who needs the reminder, and follow along. More wisdom is coming. š
