Based upon our initial meeting, we will develop a comprehensive job description and list of requirements along with an estimated compensation range for our clients to review. Once we agree upon the parameters of an assignment, we are in the best possible position to work collaboratively with them to complete the search assignment. In addition to our search capabilities, we can also assist our clients with obtaining financing if necessary, and identifying merger and acquisition opportunities.
