We'll never say no to a great networking event! 🤩

HMG+ was proud to staff the Best Venues Group & Cure. Showcase, bringing together hospitality professionals for an evening of meaningful conversations, inspiring ideas, and wellness-focused experiences.

From custom tea blends ☕️ and honey tastings🍯 to seasonal cocktails🍸, incredible cuisine🍽️, and rooftop networking 🗯️, every detail created opportunities to connect with fellow event professionals.

A highlight of the evening was the fireside discussion moderated by Kathryn MacGivern, featuring Shedrack Worrell, Shari Linton, Esq., Fernando Coelho, and Amy Bach. Their insights on wellness🧘🏻‍♀️, creativity, and hospitality sparked✨ thoughtful conversations that continued well beyond the panel.

We were also excited to have members of both HMG+ and the Academy for Hospitality Arts in attendance, including Michael DiPeri and Karen DiPeri, as well as AHA's Training & Development Manager, Jacob Pressley, and Learning Solutions Manager Ginger Guin, Ph.D. Connecting with fellow hospitality professionals, sharing ideas, and continuing to learn from one another is what events like these are all about.

The spotlight was on excellence.

The SP Awards portion of the evening recognized the service professionals who consistently raise the standard — through preparation, poise, and unwavering professionalism.

Each award presented reflected not only individual achievement, but the collective strength of a community committed to growth.

We were especially proud to highlight members of the AHA Captains Development Program (CDP), whose dedication to leadership and continued training represents the future of hospitality.

Set against a backdrop of Old Hollywood glamour and Vintage Broadway–inspired charm, the 7th Annual SP Awards brought together service professionals and leadership to honor the individuals who define excellence in hospitality.

At HMG+, professionalism and personality go hand in hand. Our service professionals embraced the spirit of the evening wholeheartedly — leaning into the theme with style, confidence, and a sense of fun that brought the room to life.
