Live-out Groundskeepers needed in Nassau County, NY

Compensation: $30-35 per hour plus OT, full medical benefits, 401K etc.

Schedule: Live-out, Monday to Friday, 40-50 hours a week, will include weekends in the Summer and some holidays. Flexibility in scheduling to meet the changing demands of the family.

New York based private family seeks a hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy Groundskeeper with at least 5 years or more of experience working with an UHNW family. The successful candidate will have, among other characteristics, excellent cleanliness standards, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Given regular daily interaction with staff and others, highly personable, diplomatic, respectful, cooperative, adaptable, and poised. Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills are important as are flexibility, honesty, reliability. The Groundskeeper will work closely with the Leadership Team as well as directly with the Principals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with outdoor estate maintenance, such as pool equipment, lawn care, planting, fertilizing.
- Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering, tying down items.
- Assistance with pest control to maintain a comfortable environment.
- Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment.
- Assistance with estate systems such as HVAC, sprinkler, and irrigation systems.
- Assistance with cleaning, dusting, mopping, polishing, and washing.
- Running errands.
- Greeting family and guests upon arrival.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Perform all duties above for Main Estate and additional properties on Long Island.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 5 years in a private formal home experience.
- Excellent verifiable references and recommendations
- Current & clean drivers license
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- General knowledge of kitchen equipment and household appliance operations
- Must be comfortable around dogs

The Corporate Hostess primary role is to coordinate and supervise the activities of the dining room, kitchens, and conference rooms in the corporate office located in Great Neck, NY and in Manhattan, NY.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for the pick-up, delivery, and set up of food and all other necessary items to host luncheons, dinners, and parties.
•In charge of stocking all kitchens and ownership facilities.

Schedule: Five days a week, 10-12 hours a day, plus sleep over 2-3 nights a week, occasionally working weekends and some holidays, and domestic and international travels. Days off may vary based on the family needs, other staff members days off.

Family in a formal and fully staffed home is in search of a capable, flexible, highly energetic and easy-going Nanny to work with other full-time nannies in providing full coverage service in caring for their three school school age children and an infant.

Core work is focused on care of the children and to assist another housekeeper with the cleaning of the apartment.

Responsibilities Include:
· Attending to all the children needs, including meals, laundry, oversee homework, and playdates.
