I'm a huge supporter of diverse-diversity in the workplace. Always have been and always will be. I know many of my clients are committed to diversity and trek with me to the CCNY Advtg/PR job fair ever year to meet good graduating students. But the diversity issue extends beyond hiring and training - a major frustration has been retention.

Marla Kaplowitz taking over at the 4A's

Marla Kaplowitz will succeed Nancy Hill, although the effective date is still being finalized. The 4A's said Kaplowitz was selected by a 10-person committee headed by 4As board chair and Horizon CEO Bill Koenigsberg and that the committee's choice was unanimous.
