I'm a huge supporter of diverse-diversity in the workplace. Always have been and always will be. I know many of my clients are committed to diversity and trek with me to the CCNY Advtg/PR job fair ever year to meet good graduating students. But the diversity issue extends beyond hiring and training - a major frustration has been retention.
