This position is a true gatekeeper...calendars & schedules (which are constantly overbooked and ever changing), travel arrangements, a total right arm inclusive of personal work which could be working with designer's personal shoppers for her wardrobe to packing for her trips and anything and everything necessary to make her life easier. Candidates should be polished, extremely flexible, service oriented, resourceful, unflappable, outgoing and know what comes with the territory of working for a C-level executive in a creative industry. 1+ years experience as an EA to a top executive in a related industry, a love of fashion and a love of being an amazing personal assistant.
