Starting a business from scratch.
Building relationships with clients I once only dreamed of working with.
Breaking financial goals that used to feel impossible.
Writing my first book.
Speaking on stages that were on my goals list.
Creating work that matters.
Trademarking Candor, Courage & Care Leadership Operating System™ and watching an idea become something real in the world.
Building a company with incredible partners and people I deeply respect
And while I’m grateful for every single one of those things, none of them come close to what I feel when I look at these two humans.

From sticky little hands and bedtime stories to young adults with opinions, independence, humor, grit, and hearts bigger than I could have imagined, being your mom has been the single greatest privilege of my life.
You have shaped me more than any career milestone ever could.
You’ve taught me patience, perspective, humility, resilience, unconditional love, and what actually matters at the end of the day.
Everything I’ve built in the world means more because of you.
But you two are the thing I’m most proud of. Always.
Being your mom will forever be my greatest title.
