Assemble is hiring a fractional Chief of Staff to join for 25 hours a week.

We’re looking for an exceptional problem solver with 2–5 years of experience, great energy, strong strategic instincts, excellent writing skills and real AI fluency. This person will work directly with our C-suite and have a hand in everything: our book launch, social media, financial management and billing, client events and the special projects that keep a growing company moving.

We need someone who gets things done, brings ideas to the table and believes deeply in Candor, Courage & Care.
