🚚 Now Hiring: Traffic Supervisor
We're partnered with a multinational supply chain and logistics company seeking a Traffic Supervisor to manage import logistics and customer account operations in Long Beach, CA.
This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional who can manage key accounts from order entry through delivery while coordinating warehousing, transportation, inventory, and customer needs.
What You'll Do:
✔️ Manage customer accounts, including order entry, invoicing, and credit/balance tracking
✔️ Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and freight logistics
✔️ Negotiate rates and help ensure on-time, compliant deliveries
✔️ Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers
✔️ Manage rejected materials, inspections, resale, and insurance claims
✔️ Track inventory and account activity using SAP and Excel
✔️ Train and support junior team members
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong logistics and customer service experience
✅ Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills
✅ SAP experience is a plus

🏢 Schedule: Hybrid
💰 Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + Bonus
