A recent op-ed in Stars & Stripes from veteran service leaders lays out a strong vision for what military transition should look like: a digital-first platform that meets service members where they are, translates their skills into civilian careers, and connects them to community resources long after separation.

We couldn't agree more — and we've been building exactly that for 12 years.

Our platform has been delivering exactly what the writers of this article are asking for for over a decade. Our site helps hundreds of thousands of veterans nationwide through MOS-based skills translation, intelligent job matching, a needs-based dashboard connecting to public and private supportive services that updates daily, case management tools, and much more.

And we didn't do it alone. Great organizations like Helmets to Hardhats, Bob Woodruff Foundation, GI Go Fund, and SourceAmerica are running their own licensed versions of this platform, connecting the veterans they serve to real opportunities using the infrastructure this article says is missing.

The technology exists. The network exists. The track record is there. Time to scale it for the next generation of veterans. 🎯

We wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas with scenes from Christmas villages, including those from the home of our late CEO from years past. Since he was a boy, Jack would recreate these villages in his home every December, adding his own flair to them each year along the way.

To him, they weren’t decorations. They were about warmth, fun, and bringing people together. That spirit lives on with us as we move into the new year, and we hope it does with you all, too.

Wishing you all peace and love this Christmas, and thank you all for being part of Jack's community.

The outpouring of love and condolences that we have received today has been nothing short of amazing. Jack deserved this kind of love, and we're so happy and proud that he is getting it.

For those interested in paying their respects, services will be held tomorrow evening and Friday morning. Thank you all!

It is with the absolute heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our leader, our visionary, and our best friend, Jack Fanous.

He was a titan in every way, dedicating his life not only to supporting people in need but also to everyone and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was also, as he would describe it, allergic to outdated ways of thinking and doing things incorrectly, which is why he was so dedicated to finding innovative ways to solve problems, whether at work or at home. He was a true force of nature, and we will literally be looking up to him every single day and working to preserve his legacy forever.

Rest in peace, brother. We love you!

Honoring our veterans means more than saying “thank you for your service.” Our CEO Jack Fanous joined PBS’s Think Tank: Honoring Our Veterans over the weekend to discuss how we can truly support those who served, starting by hiring them and helping them thrive in civilian life. Through our platform, we’re giving companies the tools to connect with veteran talent, translate military experience, and create lasting career opportunities.

🎖️ Celebrating the US Marine Corps' 248th Birthday & Honoring LtCol Justin Constantine 🎖️

Inspired by our good friend Timothy Cochrane, we remember the amazing LtCol Justin Constantine and the incredible impact he had during his life. Justin's legacy lives on through the "Great Constantine Legacy Board," dedicated to the causes he passionately supported.

This board, inspired by Justin's courage and commitment, is our way of keeping his mission alive. From leveraging 21st-century tools to expanding our impact beyond veterans, we are working to ensure that Justin's legacy isn't just remembered, but turned into the same action that he would have taken. Together, we are working to ensure Justin's vision radiates far and wide.

Here's to the Marine who inspired us all. Semper Fi!

Yesterday was the "Alive Day" for Justin Constantine - the day he survived a sniper bullet to the head while serving in Iraq. It was also the "Alive Day" for Jay Price, the reporter whom Justin warned to stay out of the way of potential sniper fire, only to end up taking the bullet himself.

Jay marked the anniversary by sharing his amazing story on NPR, one year after we lost Justin to cancer. Listen to his incredible story and learn about the impact Justin had, both on the reporter whose life Justin saved and the countless veterans he helped when he came home.

Marine Corps Lt. Col. Justin Constantine barely survived a 2006 sniper attack in Iraq. Yet it’s nearly impossible to list all the things he accomplished after being wounded.
