This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day running of the office and will work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate is proactive, financially savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Operations

Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including reporting and client follow-up.

Collect time entries from partners, of counsel, and associates
Enter and manage timekeeping data within the firm’s billing system
Assist with client onboarding, including entering engagement agreement information into billing systems
Office & Administrative Management

Manage and oversee the receptionist and front-office administrative functions

What You’ll Do as the Construction Project Administrator:
• Prepare, issue, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders alongside the project team

Position Overview
The Estimator plays a critical role in the pre-construction phase of various projects by providing accurate cost estimates and budgets.

This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes and the ability to analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project costs.

The Senior Estimator collaborates with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all bids are competitive and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily, senior living, affordable housing, healthcare, hospitality, and museum projects.

• Develop and manage conceptual budgets and negotiated bids throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with project management teams to understand project scope and requirements.

• Analyze project designs and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

• Utilize estimating software to create and maintain accurate bid documents and reports.

• Provide technical input and support for project planning and ex*****on.
• Conduct market research to remain informed about construction costs and trends in the industry.
