September 2026 Visa Bulletin: EB-3 Final Action Dates Remain Unchanged

The September 2026 Visa Bulletin has been released, and the EB-3 Final Action Dates remain unchanged across all chargeability areas compared with August.

For All Other Countries, including South Korea, the Final Action Date remains at September 1, 2024, following the one-month advancement announced in August.

China remains at January 1, 2022, India at January 1, 2014, and the Philippines at August 1, 2023.

While there is no additional forward movement this month, the absence of retrogression provides continued stability for international nurses currently waiting in the EB-3 immigration process.

August 2026 U.S. Visa Bulletin Update!

The August 2026 Visa Bulletin has been released.

For the EB-3 Final Action Date, the cutoff date for All Other Countries, including South Korea, advanced by one month from August 1, 2024, to September 1, 2024.

China advanced by 10 days, while India and the Philippines remained unchanged.

Please note that an applicant’s priority date must generally be earlier than the listed Final Action Date for a visa number to become available.

July 2026 Visa Bulletin Update!!

The July 2026 Visa Bulletin has been released. For EB-3 Skilled Workers, All Other Countries advanced by 2 months, moving from June 1, 2024 to August 1, 2024.

China and India also moved forward, while the Philippines remains unchanged at August 1, 2023.

The U.S. Department of State has released the June 2026 Visa Bulletin for Employment-Based categories.

For nurses and healthcare professionals under the EB-3 Skilled category, most countries remained stable this month, while China and India showed forward movement.

Following last month’s significant progress, the May Visa Bulletin shows a pause with slight adjustments.

All Other Countries remain unchanged at June 1, 2024, maintaining the strong advancement from April.

However, there is a small backward movement for:
*India (−15 days)
*Philippines (−2 months)
