** BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ** I’m incredibly grateful to share that HR NOLA, LLC has been acquired by Skillcloud HCM Solutions.
What started as a vision to do HR differently grew into something truly special; national recognition, meaningful client impact, and a team culture that became a defining part of our success. I’m deeply thankful to the employees who helped build and scale HR NOLA along the way, and to our current team whose trust, collaboration, and genuine connection with one another bled through into the work we produced. That human connection became our differentiator.
None of this would have been possible without our clients who believed in us, the mentors who guided me, and the partners and vendors who supported our growth with integrity.
This next chapter is about building even more: expanded services, deeper expertise, and greater impact, all while staying grounded in what has always mattered most: client success and people-first solutions.

The IRS has announced several increases that will impact retirement plans, HSAs, and FSAs, along with a mandatory Roth catch-up rule for high earners.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Higher contribution caps for 401(k), SIMPLE, and IRA plans
- Increased limits for HSAs and FSAs
- New Roth catch-up rule for employees earning $150K+

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join their team and help bring their mission to life through storytelling, digital media, and design.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the nonprofit and hospitality industries — supporting global events, brand campaigns, and community programs that celebrate cocktail culture and education.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with content creation for social media, newsletters, and the website
• Support graphic design projects in Canva and InDesign
• Capture and edit content during Tales of the Cocktail 2026
• Conduct research and help measure campaign performance
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, creative environment

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Partnerships Administrative Manager to support our Partnerships team and ensure the smooth ex*****on of our partner engagement, sales operations, and administrative processes.

📍 New Orleans, LA | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $55,000–$60,000/year

This position is fully remote with quarterly travel to in-person meetings, as well as participation in Tales of the Cocktail events as assigned.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and take pride in keeping complex operations running seamlessly, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain donor databases, sales pipelines, and partner information
- Process Shopify and offline sales orders; manage product inventory
- Assist in drafting contracts, invoices, and proposals (PandaDocs)
- Facilitate cross-department updates and ensure partner needs are communicated clearly
- Support sponsor resources: dashboards, FAQs, forms, newsletters, and reminders
- Conduct research on prospects and maintain client lists and giving histories
- Assist Accounting with accurate invoicing
- Support onsite and virtual needs during TOTCF events
- Monitor and manage the [email protected] inbox
- Jump in where needed to support departmental projects and initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency with Google Drive & Microsoft Office
- Experience with Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, PandaDocs, or Canva (or excited to learn!)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Outstanding organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- A friendly, professional, partner-focused approach
