Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative
Previous Customer Service Experience Required

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative receives and processes inbound calls from customers in both English and Spanish, serves as the end-to-end point of contact, and resolves customer issues efficiently and professionally. This role collaborates with a team of customer service representatives to meet overall call center objectives and enhance the customer service function to exceed customer expectations.
PAY
$16.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some Saturdays required
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Answers a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
Assists existing commercial and residential customers in resolving service issues.
Provides service quotes for new customers.
Establishes customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and required information.
Communicates concise and accurate information to customers.
Provides customer retention support by delivering high-level customer service and offering alternatives to cancellation requests.
Averages approximately 100 inbound calls per day.
Maintains an average call answer time of fewer than 12 seconds.
Establishes a clear understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests.
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services (lock bars, casters, gate fees, etc.).
Interacts with customers and internal employees to determine service needs, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Serves as a customer advocate by solving problems and engaging the appropriate departments.
Supports other service lines as required.
Uses the Tower system to gather, update, and maintain customer records.
Completes cross-training with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Billing.
Strives to meet or exceed call center service and operational goals related to productivity, quality, and timeliness.
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend and participate in company-sponsored training as assigned.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technology.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – Required
Ability to handle a heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner
Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and typing proficiency
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult or emotional customer situations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must present two professional customer service references
