NOLA Staffing is a new, up-and-coming agency. With the quality personnel that we provide, our footprint is sure to catch the attention of thriving companies and stand-up employers not only in the New Orleans area, but also the surrounding cities as well. Due to the lack of restricted territory, we aspire to expand beyond state lines in the future. We are currently the one and only original office located at 912 Elysian Fields Ave. NOLA 70117.

NOLA Staffing is an all-inclusive agency that can offer its candidates a wide range of employment opportunities. We look to supply companies with long term employment through skilled trades or administrative positions such as technicians, carpenters, movers, construction workers, machinists, drivers, management, reception, sales, HR, executive positions, and more. We will also fill temporary roles for events or parties and warehouse positions as well.

To ensure that we attract the quality personnel our clients are searching for, we perform an in-depth profile for every candidate seeking employment. NOLA Staffing vets each potential employee, runs background checks, MVR’s, and facilitates drug screening if specifically requested.
NOLA staffing also provides benefits for its candidates and clients to place us ahead of our competitors that do not offer incentives such as PTO, holiday pay, 401K, coverage of workers comp, unemployment, employee taxes, and so on.
Our final way of narrowing the candidate search field consists of providing our clients with what’s called a “2-hour guarantee” meaning if an employee is terminated within a 2 hour period, NOLA Staffing will NOT charge our client for the time that the employee has already worked. Not only will we cover the wages, we will also replace that employee free of charge.
