We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in factory or warehouse environments and strong mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production floor operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Coordinate and manage assembly line workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Use hand and power tools for fabrication tasks as needed.

Conduct regular equipment and machinery inspections.
