Brighter Smiles is partnering with U of L once again with finding temps.
Searching for Assistant’s/ Edda’s
**These positions prefer Monday-Friday, 8 to 5. (They are flexible with days but must be consistent)
**These are ALL P**O offices. The locations are Home of the Innocence, Kosair for Kids and the dental school downtown Louisville.
**These are long term positions with the opportunity of becoming a permanent employee. The only way to obtain one of these positions is through Brighter Smiles.
**I have been told that they are looking for 6-7 Assistants to fill these positions.
How will you be paid? Through Brighter Smiles, nothing changes.
Will I still have a time sheet for days/hours worked? Yes.
What do I wear? Scrubs.
Are there any requirements? Prefers coronal polish certificate
Ortho experience would be helpful but not required
What do I need to do if I am interested? Send Brighter Smiles an updated resume. We will submit all resumes to HR at U of L. They will contact your for a face to face interview. They will want a back ground check to be done if you are offered a position. This info will be emailed to you on how to do it.

Salary? Will be discussed at interview. The plan is to keep you at your current salary on file with Brighter Smiles. If you are not currently set up with Brighter smiles,salary will be negotiable.
When can I start? Immediately after background check comes back.
Which office will I work at? This is something that you can discuss with U of L when you interview with them.
