About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including excavators and wheel loaders
Safely maneuver equipment on uneven terrain, including crawling on top of material piles with excavators
Push, stack, load, and move materials efficiently and safely
Operate equipment similar to:
John Deere 544J
Volvo L110
Work with processing equipment such as:
Trommel screens
Shaker screens
Belt-driven stackers
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Follow all site safety rules and contribute to a clean, organized work area
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Proven ability to operate excavators and loaders confidently
Experience working on material piles and handling bulk materials
Familiarity with screening equipment and stackers is a plus
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recycling, aggregate, construction, or similar industries
Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Valid driver’s license; equipment certifications a bonus
