A client in College Grove, TN is looking for a Family Assistant/Nanny to join their team! The family consists of 12-year-old boy and girl twins. They are looking for someone who can take true ownership of the kids’ day-to-day lives—not just drop-off and pick-up, but the full picture of scheduling, logistics, and being a steady, trusted presence in their world. The kids are active and largely independent, but they need someone to keep things running and get them where they need to be! Candidates should be comfortable working with preteens. This is a long-term, career-minded role for someone who finds real satisfaction in the details. The ideal candidate has administrative experience, is sharp with calendars, communicates professionally with both parents, and possesses a “no job too big, no job too small” attitude. The twins are competitive athletes and some of their leagues require travel for tournaments, the Family Assistant should be comfortable arranging travel and joining when needed. Candidates should be self-motivated, highly trustworthy, and ready to jump in wherever needed — whether that’s an errand, a birthday party, or covering for the family’s house manager when she’s out! This is a fully staffed home, so being a team player is a must. They are looking for someone who is warm and brings a positive presence to an active home!
