They are currently based in Brentwood, TN, but are building a home in Oak Hill that will be completed next year. Helping with the move and getting settled will be a big part of this job! The family has a son starting high school next year. While childcare needs are minimal the ideal candidate must be willing to drive him to and from school and activities and help ensure homework is completed. They are looking for someone who understands household functions and can anticipate needs. The ideal candidate is polished and professional with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The family travels for an extended amount of time in the summer, willingness to join is a plus but not required. The assistant must be flexible and adapt to the family’s changing needs. The family is looking for a candidate who operates with urgency, has fast response times, is a self-starter, a good listener and highly organized. The ideal personality is upbeat, friendly and has a positive outlook on life. They want a candidate that shows up to work happy and ready to jump in. A growing family in Nashville, TN is looking for a Family Assistant to join their household. They have a 4.5 year old, 2.5 year old and expecting a 3rd in November. The oldest attends school 5 days a week and the middle child will attend school 3 days a week in the fall. The family is looking for someone who is proactive, calm, flexible, and enjoys being around children and helping a home run smoothly. The role will be equal parts childcare and helping with household needs! Mom and dad are in and out, so candidates must be comfortable working alongside them! The family travels several times a year, so they are looking for a Family Assistant open to adventure.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: childcare, planning and executing children’s activities, family laundry, establishing and maintaining household organization, making lunches, helping get the children to school, driving to and from activities, travel, overnights with the children, light meal prep, managing packages and returns, running errands, house sitting and more.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, but the family is flexible on exact hours. They are guaranteeing 40 hours per week and are offering $35/hr, a health insurance stipend, two weeks vacation and 4 sick days. The family has dogs, so candidates must be pet friendly. The ideal candidate is warm, loving, outgoing and eager to get out and do things. They are looking for someone to be with them for years to come! Mom and dad both work full time, the nanny has full charge during the day.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: full childcare, following routines and structure, driving to and from school and activities, kid’s laundry, washing bottles, empty diaper pails, organize playroom, developmental milestones, and more!

The schedule will be Monday - Friday with hours falling between 8:30-5:30pm. They are guaranteeing 40 hours per week, but candidates may need to work up to 45 hours. The client has the main property as well as a few additional properties in Nashville and other locations. She is looking for someone to help keep things organized in the household and personal capacity! This position may require travel, so candidates must be open to traveling. She is looking for someone who is hard-working, has high attention to detail and a get things done attitude. This is a Christian home and the ideal candidate shares that belief!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Daily organization and upkeep of the home, tidying, managing daily household operations, running errands, grocery shopping and meal prep, laundry and dry cleaning, handling incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, coordinating and overseeing vendors, managing house cleaners, calendar management, travel coordination, occasional travel, and more!

The family has a 3 year old and 6 year old. The focus of the role will be with the three year old, but candidates must be comfortable being with both kids! This is a fully staffed home, so candidates should be used to working in a team environment. The family is very warm and loving and looking for a nanny that is the same! Mom and dad are hands on in the day to day and are looking for someone who is open to working alongside them and taking charge when they are not around. The ideal candidate has experience in education, as they plan to homeschool, and a focus on age appropriate enrichment. Communication is very big for the parents, they realize nannies can bring new experiences and ideas and are open to collaborations. They are looking for a rockstar candidate who can help keep the home running smoothly!
