This , we're recognizing an important part of overall well-being: mental health.

LP offers U.S. team members free, unlimited virtual mental health visits through Premise Health, whether or not they're enrolled in an LP medical plan. Eligible dependents enrolled in an LP health plan can also access this benefit.

It’s one way we’re working to make it easier for our team members and their families to get support when they need it.

Today, we gathered for our fourth annual LP Women Connect event, a favorite tradition that brings team members from across LP together to connect, learn from one another, and hear candid career stories and advice.

This year, LP’s Global Business Services Senior Director Mary Schrecker, LP Roaring River Plant Manager Shanda Gentry, Product Management & Innovation Director Sarah Caperton, and LP Peace Valley and Dawson Creek Indigenous Relations Representative Cory Cooper shared experiences from careers spanning business operations, manufacturing, innovation, and forestry. They talked about what they’ve learned along the way, from navigating career changes and new opportunities to growing as leaders.

A big thank you to our panelists and to event moderator Nicole Daniel for an honest and engaging conversation and to everyone from our Nashville headquarters and manufacturing facilities across North America who joined us.

Last month, LP’s Sales Enablement Team spent an afternoon volunteering with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. Together, the team packed 9,305 pounds of food, helping provide enough meals to feed 7,755 people.

We’re proud of our employees who give their time and energy to organizations that matter to them and strengthen the communities where we live and work.

Recently, LP Roaring River reached 1 million hours without a recordable incident. This marks the 19th time in LP history a facility has achieved this milestone and the first time for an ExpertFinish facility. More importantly, it represents more than five years of team members looking out for one another and returning home safely each day.
