What You’ll Do:

Assemble parts in a production setting
Perform light machine operation
Pack finished products for shipment

What We’re Looking For:

Production experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

AMRI of Napoleon is gearing up for increased production demands projected by our client, a well-established warehouse facility in Defiance, OH — We’re building our pipeline NOW!

👉 If you’re an experienced forklift operator with a strong work history, this is your chance to get pre-qualified and ready for upcoming openings.

🔧 What Future Roles May Include:

✔️ Operating forklifts safely in a warehouse environment
✔️ Loading & unloading trucks
✔️ Order picking using a scan gun
✔️ Working closely with warehouse leadership
✔️ Using clamp, barrel, single/double, or cascade attachments (required)

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years forklift experience (warehouse or distribution)
