We’ve started seeing a new request from multiple employers:

Candidates must now provide a “day in the life” video as part of the interview process.

This includes:
• Morning routine before work
• How they prepare for their day
• A short walkthrough of how they stay organized

The goal is to give employers a better understanding of habits, structure, and overall fit outside of a traditional interview.

We’re currently testing how to implement this into our process.
