Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865, the day enslaved people in Galveston, Texas finally learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It’s a day worth taking seriously, not just a day off.

📢 New Screening Requirement Rolling Out

We’ve started seeing a new request from multiple employers:

Candidates must now provide a “day in the life” video as part of the interview process.

This includes:
• Morning routine before work
• How they prepare for their day
• A short walkthrough of how they stay organized

The goal is to give employers a better understanding of habits, structure, and overall fit outside of a traditional interview.

We’re currently testing how to implement this into our process.
