The Assembler will be responsible for the hands-on assembly of cordless, pneumatic, and other power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves following detailed work instructions, using hand and power tools, inspecting components for quality, and ensuring all finished products meet company and industry standards. We have multiple openings across different skill sets:

Utility (Nester): Apply wood species/grade rules, use the Wood Eye numbering system, and build stable material packs.

Utility (Sorter): Maintain the sorter building, operate "hog" equipment, and provide backup team support.

Utility (Re-Rip): Operate Re-Rip saws to optimize yield and handle preventative maintenance.

Shifts & Competitive Pay:

· 1st Shift: $16.00/hr | Mon–Fri, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

· 2nd Shift: $17.60/hr | Sun–Thu, 5:15 pm – 3:45 am

· Rip Line: $17.60/hr | Sun–Thu, 4:00 pm – 4:00 am

What we're looking for:

· Ability to stand for 8–10 hours & regularly lift up to 20 lbs.

· Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching throughout the shift.

· Strong visual acuity to spot defects in moving material.

· A rock-solid commitment to safety.

· Must have reliable transportation to the Franklin, NC area
